WINTER VACATION RENTAL Policies
- Winter vacation self catered rentals based on a family group of 8 guests (5 Adults+3 Chd OR 4 Adults +4 Chd)
- Renters must be over the age of 30
- Refundable Security Deposit $750 (By E-Transfer Only)
- Pets - Dogs (no cats) may be considered with a pet deposit
- Final cleaning fee from $225 + gst and is subject to change based on the number of guests
- 16% Taxes Additional (5% GST / 8% PST / 3% MRDT)
- Form of Payment Accepted: By E-Transfer or By Credit Card with a 5% CC fee
- 35% non-refundable deposit required to confirm
- Final payment 45 days prior to arrival (varies on dates), non-refundable
- Check-in: 4:00 pm/Check-out: 10:00 am
- Non-Smoking Complex (No Flame Candles Permitted)
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Rates are in CAD Dollars ~ USD / EURO accepted ~ exchange rates apply
